After more than 38 years serving Federal Employees, Eric Steffy knows one thing for certain: understanding your federal benefits and knowing what to do with them are two very different things.
As Founder and CEO of Federal Solutions, Eric has built his career around closing that gap; it personal for him. He’s seen people be taken advantage of and he’s resolute about working with a knowledgeable, high-integrity team that helps federal employees look beyond pension estimates, TSP balances, and benefit elections to understand how those pieces work together—and what they mean for life after retirement.
Eric isn't one to settle for the standard answer simply because it's the one everyone else gives. He asks better questions, challenges assumptions, and looks for opportunities others might overlook. His goal isn't to tell clients what to do. It's to make sure they understand their choices well enough to make decisions with confidence.
