Spearheading Federal Solutions strategies and delivery, Melinda’s commitment to ensuring that every Federal Employee has the information they need to make their best decisions is evident in published articles, webinars, seminars, Federal Agency classes, and the high caliber solutions and education our Experts provide to clients every day.

Melinda oversees program delivery, operational performance, process optimization, and resource alignment across the organization, for excellence and scalable growth in the federal contracting space. Melinda brings her 38-years of leadership experience to the Federal space, ensuring compliance with federal contracting regulations, security, and quality standards.

Prior to joining Federal Solutions, Melinda held senior roles in Cyber-Security reporting at U.S. Bank, and Senior Writer for the KIPP Foundation in NYC (advancing public charters in under-served communities), and as Executive Director of several large (7M+) non-profit institutions. In those roles, she led cross-functional teams, navigated large-scale project delivery, and implemented continuous improvement initiatives across multi-million-dollar contracts.

Melinda holds a B.A. in Journalism and a Master’s in Leadership (M.Div.). Committed to servant leadership, Melinda mentors team members, champions ethical practices, and invests in organizational excellence to advance Federal Solutions’ mission of delivering superior solutions for the military and federal sector.

Between them, Eric and Melinda share 8 adult-children, 7 grandchildren, and 7 grand-fur-babies. They look for almost any excuse to hang-out with family.
