She leads Federal Solutions’ operational strategy, overseeing program delivery, performance management, process optimization, and resource alignment - while also shaping clear, effective communication strategies that ensure alignment across teams, stakeholders, and government partners. Her work strengthens organizational clarity, supports decision-making, and builds credibility in high-stakes, highly regulated environments.

Melinda is deeply committed to ensuring federal employees have access to the information they need to make confident decisions. This mission is reflected in Federal Solutions’ educational initiatives - including articles, webinars, seminars, and agency training programs delivered by the firm’s experts - where she works collaboratively with team and clients to deliver strategic communications that translate complex requirements into practical, actionable guidance.

Prior to joining Federal Solutions, Melinda held senior roles in cybersecurity reporting at U.S. Bank, served as Senior Writer for the KIPP Foundation in New York City, and led several nonprofit organizations with budgets exceeding $7 million. Across these roles, she built a reputation for leading communications in complex, high-visibility environments, including stakeholder engagement, executive messaging, and crisis response.

She holds a B.A. in Journalism, a CDMP in Digital Communications and a Master’s in Leadership (M.Div.) and is passionate about mentoring leaders and advancing ethical, mission-driven organizations.
