Susan, a Tennessee resident, evidences southern hospitality in all she does, treating every client as if they are our only client. Service-first is quite simply Susan’s way of being, working, and caring for others.

Susan has over 25-years of experience in the insurance industry, and a continued passion to provide a meaningful impact, making a difference in the lives of our customers.  She has a drive for continuous growth and development, to benefit the diverse needs of our customers.  

Growing up in the Midwest instilled Susan with a strong work ethic, clearly evident as she works to help Federal Solutions’ clients get connected to their best solutions.

Outside of work, Susan is a devoted daughter, providing care for an elderly parent with dementia.  This makes her uniquely sensitive to the physical, emotional and financial challenges of caregiving and drives her to help others be prepared for future demands.
